About Student Success League

     Student Success League was founded by Dina Kupfer. Dina is a New York-state licensed attorney, former adjunct professor, and experienced classroom educator. She works with students who are struggling to reach their potential or are at risk of falling behind - helping them rebuild motivation, develop accountability, and regain academic momentum. She collaborates confidentially with families and schools to turn challenges into meaningful progress.

     Dina's approach is direct, solution-focused, and no-nonsense - inspiring students to take ownership of their growth and create lasting change. Her services help middle school, high school, and college students build healthier habits, reach academic and personal goals, and taste success.

     Dina combines her experience in psychology, law, and education to help students overcome academic challenges and thrive. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Political Science, and a Juris Doctor in Law. With this multidisciplinary training, Dina offers a unique, well-rounded, and practical perspective on student success.

     Dina taught for nearly a decade as an adjunct professor at a New York-based college and spent six additional years teaching at both the middle and high school levels. Prior to that, she served as Special Projects Manager at a nonprofit organization that partnered with the New York City Department of Education to provide educational and therapeutic services to children.

     Dina's legal experience has given her the ability to identify underlying issues, develop effective solutions, and bring together key stakeholders to work through challenges. It also allows her to navigate challenges thoughtfully and efficiently while supporting students and families.

     While in law school, Dina founded the Child Advocacy Association, reflecting her longstanding commitment to supporting and advocating for children. Today, she works closely with students, families, and schools to ensure every learner has the tools and opportunities they need to move forward with clarity, purpose, and measurable progress.
